Wyatt & Sons started in 1999 as a family painting company in Federal Way, and it still is one. Randy Wyatt has estimated painting work for thirty years, which is why our bids are itemized down to the product and the quantity and why they don't change after we start.
In 2026 we made a decision a lot of contractors avoid: we stopped taking remodeling and drywall work and went all-in on what we're best at. Commercial and residential painting, and the maintenance that keeps it lasting. Fewer services, done better.
Why employees matter
Most painting companies send subcontractors. We don't. Every person on your job is a Wyatt & Sons employee with full medical, dental and vision, trained by us, in our uniform, driving our van. It costs more to run a company this way. It's also why the same people show up every day, why the work is consistent, and why we can stand behind it.
