A paint job is an investment, and most of what shortens it is simple upkeep that gets skipped: clogged gutters that overflow onto siding, moss holding water on the roof, a chipped corner that lets moisture in. We offer maintenance to the homes and buildings we paint, on a schedule, so you don't have to think about it and we can catch problems while they're small.

What does a maintenance plan include?
Typically a spring wash and gutter clean, a fall gutter clean and roof treatment, and a touch-up walk once a year. We build it around the property and give you one price per visit.
Do you do maintenance for buildings you didn't paint?
Usually yes if it's a property we'd want to paint eventually. Ask and we'll take a look.
Is this a contract?
No. It's a schedule you can stop anytime; we just send a reminder before each visit.
