Moss, algae and mildew grow on everything in the Northwest, and left alone they eat paint and rot wood. We soft-wash siding and roofs with low pressure and a cleaning solution, and use higher pressure only where concrete can take it. Done once a year or two, it's the cheapest way to make a paint job last.

Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding and roofs are soft-washed with low pressure and a cleaning solution; the pressure does the work only on concrete. High pressure on cedar or Hardie siding is a common mistake and we don't make it.
How much does pressure washing cost?
A typical house exterior runs $300 to $600, driveways and patios $150 to $400. It's free as part of an exterior paint job.
How often should I wash my house?
Every one to two years in Pierce County, and yearly on the shaded north side of a house or near trees.
